How to Request a Replacement

• Contact us on WhatsApp (+8801925786086) or email (info@maruftoy.shop) within 7 days of delivery.
• Share your order number, a clear photo/video of the damage or defect, and ideally an unboxing video.

Conditions

• The toy must be unused (apart from checking the defect) and in its original packaging.
• Damage caused by misuse, accidents, water or normal wear is not covered.

Exchange for Other Reasons

Exchange because of a change of mind or wrong size/choice is possible within 7 days only if the toy is unopened and unused; the customer pays the delivery charge both ways.
